Other information we collect (such as mother's maiden name, cities you've lived in and city of birth) is used to verify your identity, and for purposes such as retrieving a password that you've forgotten. Email addresses are collected and used to send you notifications, account information, special offers and newsletters. You have the right to opt out of these notifications, special offers, and newsletters by contacting us at privacyinfo@mypublicinfo.com.
     
  4. Information submitted through our "Contact Us" form (name, email address, ip address, and comment) is used solely for purposes of responding to the sender. MyPublicInfo will not use this information for marketing purposes.

  4. Information submitted through our "Contact Us" form (Name, e-mail address, IP address, and comments) is used solely for purposes of responding to the sender.

BUSINESS TRANSITION
In the event that MyPublicInfo goes through a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale, your personal information may be among the assets transferred. We will inform you within ninety (90) days of any such business transition via one single email to the email address on record.

CONSUMERS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
MyPublicInfo does not allow children known to be under the age of eighteen (18) years of age to register for our services. During the initial registration process, we may briefly capture personally identifiable data for the purposes of determining whether a user is over the age of eighteen (18), and thus qualified to use our services. However, if a user is under the age of eighteen (18), such personally identifiable information is automatically deleted.
