Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service -- including the release of new MyPublicInfo properties -- shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

You understand and agree that you will receive account login information upon registering on the MyPublicInfo website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and your account information, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account.

You agree to notify MyPublicInfo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, or any breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you will log out of your account at the end of each session.

MEMBER CONDUCT
You agree and understand that you will not use the Service to obtain information about a person other than yourself. You understand and agree that this service is for researching your own public information.

You also understand and agree that if MyPublicInfo has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are trying to obtain information about someone other than yourself, it has the right to suspend or terminate your account, and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

PERFORMANCE
You understand and agree that the Service MyPublicInfo provides is "AS-IS," and that MyPublicInfo assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, failed delivery or failure to store any information obtained or distributed via the MyPublicInfo website.

You understand and agree that since MyPublicInfo obtains data from Third Parties that the information may, or may not be, completely thorough and accurate.

You shall not rely upon MyPublicInfo for the accuracy or completeness of information supplied in using the Service.

LIABILITY / WARRANTY
Neither MyPublicInfo (nor MyPublicInfo's data providers / Third Parties) shall be liable for any loss or injury that may arise out of the Company's acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, in obtaining, distributing, compiling, collecting, interpreting, reporting, communicating or delivering the Service.

By using the MyPublicInfo website, you understand and agree that every business decision involves assumption of a risk, and that MyPublicInfo does not underwrite that risk in any manner whatsoever.

COMPLIANCE

You also understand and agree that you are the end user of the information obtained by using the Service. You also agree that you are not accessing information via the Service on public figures, including names in the news, media personalities, political personalities, etc.

FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT
You understand and agree not to use the Service for consumer credit purposes, consumer insurance underwriting, pre-employment purposes, tenant screening purposes, or for other purpose(s) covered by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C Sec. 1681 et seq.) or similar statute.

DRIVER'S PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
You understand and agree to use the Service in strict compliance with the Federal Drivers Privacy Protection Act (18 U.S.C. Section 2721 et seq.) and similar state statutes, if applicable.

GRAMM-LEACH-BLILEY ACT
You understand and agree to use the Service in strict compliance with the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (U.S.C. Title 15, Chapter 94, Section 6801 et seq.) and similar state statutes, if applicable.

GUARANTEE
MyPublicInfo guarantees that the information we provide is obtained from a variety of the most accurate and reliable sources ("Third Parties") available to us.

Because the information provided is based on Third Parties, we cannot assume responsibility that it is 100% accurate. MyPublicInfo hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, and shall not be liable for any claims or liabilities related any information obtained via the Third Parties.

REFUND POLICY
You understand and agree that you will not be charged for the Service if MyPublicInfo cannot verify your identity.

You understand and agree that you will not be charged for the Service if no public records are found.
